We can’t say enough about employing the right personality for your company. We get this and believe it’s one of the reasons we’ve done well.
2. Quality, not quantity.
We don’t deliver hundreds of CV’s that might cut it; we submit a few that do. And they usually do.
3. We understand what you’re looking for
14 years of congruent experience in IT recruitment – that’s hard to find and not a skill you can buy. We’ve been involved in digital recruitment since its inception and are leaders in this arena.
4. Integrity is not negotiable
That goes without saying.
5. Listening, probing and discerning
We’ve learnt how to listen. We listen, we ask questions, we probe, and we find useful answers. We’ll offer you questions you never thought you wanted to ask. We’ll find you answers you never knew you were looking for.
6. Talent is nothing without focus and perseverance
As Google says, “It’s best to do one thing, really, really well.” We agree. We’d prefer to do a few things perfectly than take on too much and compromise on quality.

Our candidates are as important as our clients (and often end up being our clients). We’ll only send you to companies that we think you’ll thrive in, the type of company that makes you excited to get to work in the morning.
