Job description

Duties include but are not limited to:

Handle all personal cycles for the CEO’s

Diary Management

Minute taking

Credit card account recon

Handle insurance claims

Uniform orders

Invoice processing

Handling PR requests on behalf of CEO

Assisting in website management

Travel booking & coordination for CEO’s – International and local

Car Hire – international & localTravel Itineraries

Company Voucher issuing

Insurance claims


A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Matric and relevant tertiary experience
To apply you should have English as 1st language, sound interpersonal skills, be extremely presentable and have a can-do attitude
