My client is an industry giant in the online marketing field. It's head office employs over 400 people in Cape Town, and they have multiple offices and clients across the globe. Job description
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for chatting to and supporting clients across the globe - this could be via telephone / Skype / email / internet forums. As this is a 24/7/365 environment you will need to be willing and able to work rotating shifts (including graveyard shifts) and be able to get to and from work and sometimes "odd" hours. Therefore your own vehicle is a must have. Ideally (but not essentially) you will already be based in South Africa. This is no ordinary customer care role – career growth and promotions at this organization are unprecedented. Whilst you will start in a Customer Care role and learn all the ropes of this organization – if you are dedicated, committed, with a continual hunger to learn, match my clients culture and are determined to succeed – you will move quickly through the ranks. Neither is this an ordinary company – staff are extremely well looked after. The client pays top performers extremely well, and salary includes pension and medical aid. There are 2 increases per annum, 1st for inflation and 2nd for performance. Bonuses in December are excellent. Facilities include a gym, canteen, cappuccino bar and entertainment area. Requirements
In order to fit in with the company culture you’ll need to be young at heart, serious about your career and extremely energetic with a passion for online marketing and superior customer care and interpersonal skills. My client employs only the cream of the crop!
You will also need to be born and bred in Australia.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and excellent written skills.
Advanced computer literacy skills and internet skills are very important in this role.
You will be willing and able to work shifts - these are rotating shifts - on a 24/7/365 environment and include graveyard shifts on a rotational basis.
Your own vehicle and drivers license are essential for this role.
Experience in a similar role is important.
