Online Casino Customer Support Rep - Japanese Speaking
Our client in the iGaming industry is looking for Japanese Customer Care Support Reps to join their team. This is a remote role, and you can be based anywhere across the globe – Cape Town, Bali or Japan. You will need a strong and stable internet connection, a laptop is provided upon commencement. We’re looking for someone truly passionate about customer care, a fast learner, heaps of personality and a great attitude. Casino experience is non-negotiable and the type of candidate we look for lives, eats and breathes online casino.
Job description
- Take care of customers via email and live chat
- Go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy
- Verify customer accounts processing payments
- Credit Bonuses and Free Spins to players
- Assisting in fraud and risk management
- Take care of VIP Players
Requirements
Fully fluent in Japanese
A humble person with personality
Min 2 years of experience in Casino Customer Support
A fast learner
A person that has his/her teammate’s backs just as they have yours
Someone with great communication skills
Someone that types like the keyboard is on fire
Someone with excellent Japanese skills – written and spoken
A calm and stress-resistant personality
