Online Sales Executive

My client is an industry giant in the online arena and is looking for a sales driven individual to join their busy and fast paced acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing their customer base through Affiliate and Publisher Relationships and Media Buying. Job description

This role includes following up on existing leads, but more frequently generating your own leads, following up on leads, negotiating and closing deals and then maintaining and building those client relationships. In the maintenance phase you will work very closely with the Affiliates and Publishers, monitor performance/s, and assist them in increasing and improving revenue and performance. From time to time you'll be expected to jet set around the world and attend international trade shows. Ideally, you will have completed a degree focussing on marketing, sales or business. You will need to be passionate about the digital arena, and any certifications or studies towards E-Marketing are a definite advantage. Previous experience in a similar role in online advertising is important. Attitude and Aptitude is everything in this role. The client needs young, serious and focussed individuals, who are extremely goal driven and competitive with a strong desire to achieve targets in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are mandatory (verbal and written) as are superb interpersonal skills. In addition, you'll need to be bright, display a sense of urgency, have strong numeracy and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer literacy skills.
