Job description

Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO, you will collaborate on your operating model and overall product strategy. Translate our clients product vision and strategy into a pipeline of value-driven releases to  their local and international customers, with a team of design, development and marketing professionals.

You will be expected to bring a strong strategic and operational skill to your function. A critical requirement is your ability to create strong alignment and internal visibility with all stakeholders, a competitive team structure and fluent collaboration with cross-functions.

Internal and external stakeholders will be located across time zones. Strong stakeholder management skills will therefore be of particular importance in this role.

What you’ll do

Articulate and evolve the integrated product vision

Drive product revenue growth and company involvement in organic product evolution

Develop a mature staffing structure and process discipline for execution in rapid increments

Develop excellent stakeholder relations

Develop sound conceptual understanding of the many influencing variables. You understand the details without getting lost in the details

Establish strong stakeholder relations to ensure optimal collaboration efficiency and simplicity in operations, sometimes across multiple locations

• Familiarity with product development approaches
• Engineering knowledge and expertise
• Financial modeling expertise
• Familiarity with application and deep infrastructure integration as well as achieving application interoperability
• A strong understanding or inherent implementation of Agile principles
