Job description

In the support role you will support players via live chat and email. 

In order to this, experience as an Online Casino Host is key.   Successful incumbants understand superior customer service, have impeccable written skills, and fantastic product knowledge.  The ideal candidates will be passionate about slot games and understand the differences between a wild and stacked symbol, or be explain RTP with ease.

Our client don't mind where you work from - whether it's Casablanca or Cancun or Cape Town, as long as you're happy to work their hours and have stable and fast internet.

Grade 12
English as a 1st language
2 years’ experience in the online casino industry (this is non-negotiable – land based or ship casinos don’t count – sorry!)
Impeccable written skills.
